Allied 48V lithium batteries for Polaris Ranger EV
Allied lithium batteries are the only true "Drop-in-Ready" lithium batteries for the Polaris Ranger EV. They are the same size as your current lead-acid batteries which allow you to convert your vehicle from lead-acid to lithium in less than 30 minutes.
This versatile solution allows users to convert their current dual bank 48V Polaris set ups with 6, 7 or 8 Allied lithium 48V 30AH batteries.
Choose from 6 x 48V 30AH (180AH) all the way up to 8 x 48V 30AH (240AH) lithium batteries for maximum range.
Simply remove the lead-acid batteries and replace with the Allied lithium batteries, attach cables in parallel, secure holding bracket, and the install is complete.

Allied Battery has over 30 years of experience in lithium and safety. LifePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is one of the safest battery chemistries available.
Our BMS (battery management system) in each battery will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from over-charging or undercharging of the batteries.

Allied 48V x 30AH for Every Application
Increased Range: 48V x 30AH batteries connect in parallel. You can connect anywhere from 6 to 8 batteries depending on the required distance.
Ability to add range after Initial Install: Additional batteries can be added to the cart up to 2 years after install. Great for users who need additional run-time after the initial install.
Easy Install: Simply remove the lead-acid batteries and replace with 6 or 8 48V lithium batteries (same size batteries as lead-acid), attach cables in parallel, secure factory brackets, and the install is complete.
No Modifications or Brackets Needed to Install.
48V Full Conversion Kit
Packages start at 6 x 48V 30AH lithium batteries made to fit in the existing slots on the Polaris GEM. Simply remove the lead-acid batteries and replace with 6 or up to 8 48V lithium batteries, attach cables in parallel, secure holding bracket and the install is complete.
Additional batteries can be added up to 2 years after install. Great for users who want more range after initial install.

How Are They Connected?
48V 30AH lithium batteries will connect in a parallel method.
If a user would like to extend the distance of the system additional batteries can be added within 2 years of installation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is important to have a 48V-12V converter for any 12V accessories. Hooking accessories on a single battery will potentially damage your equipment.
Fast Waterproof Charger. No Programming.
The Allied waterproof 15 Amp charger can be mounted onboard or offboard. No programming is required, just hook it up directly the Allied Battery and charge.
A standard Allied 48V Polaris setup will charge in 4 - 6 hours versus lead-acid batteries that require 10 - 12 hours.
Opportunity Charging: This means you can top off your lithium batteries any time you want without harming the batteries (just like your cell phone). You cannot do this with Lead Acid without damaging and reducing the life of the batteries.
In order to maximize the life of the ithium battery, we require the Allied lithium battery Charger. Allied lithium chargers come with OEM plugs, charge the batteries quickly and turn off when charging is complete.
Always Know Your Remaining Charge
Our State of Charge (SOC) meter has an LCD screen that provides you an accurate percentage reading so there is no guessing how much charge remains, similar to a cell phone. The SOC is included with every set of batteries.
Please note: state of charge meters are not waterproof and should be kept dry for optimal use.

Allied lithium batteries weigh approximately 1/3 an equivalent lead-acid set reducing the overall weight of your Polaris over 450lbs!
