Allied Battery Company (“Manufacturer”) warrants each Allied® branded accessories & complimentary products (Chargers, State of Charge Meters, Balancers, etc.) sold by Allied or any of its authorized distributors or dealers in the United States and Canada to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year, after the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the “Warranty Period”).

NON-TRANSFERABLE

This Warranty is to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Please contact Allied Battery regarding any warranty claim.

NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:

• All chargers are warrantied ONLY against mechanical/functional defects for the period listed.
• Appearance/cosmetic issues with the charger are not considered "warrantied" aspects of the charger.
• Damaged due to user abuse or error, including but not limited to: inserting a battery in the reverse orientation, attempting to charge batteries in extremely hot or cold conditions, failure to use an adequate power supply, damage due to a power surge.
• Misapplied or improperly sized for the application
• Damage caused during shipping or mishandling of the Product
• Product that has been opened, modified or tampered with
• Product that was used for applications other than which it was designed and intended for

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

Warranty claims are to be only to be made by the end-user / owner of the application.

All requests must start by filling out a Technical Support Request which can be found under support link on the manufacturing website. The TSR will be reviewed and responded to with the necessary technical assistance.

If technical assistance does not resolve the issue and the claim is seemingly covered under warranty the manufacturer will send approval for the product be sent back at the expense of the end-user / owner of the application to Allied Battery. Every box must include the Approval to Send letter, a copy of the TSR and the original proof of purchase. If this is not included the item will be returned to sender.

Manufacturer will test the product and determine if the product was affected by the above defects or damage to the Battery arising from any abuse or mishandling of the Battery (“Product”). See list of non-covered conditions located above.

Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution only, in Allied Battery’s sole discretion. Refunds are not available.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

This warranty is in lieu of, and manufacturer disclaims and excludes, all other express warranties. Manufacturer further limits the duration of all, whether statutory, express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the warranty period.

Manufacturer’s exclusive liability for breach of any warranty on the Battery shall be to replace the Battery within the warranty period in accordance with the terms of this warranty. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for any loss or damages of any other kind, whether direct, incidental, and consequential including lost profits, exemplary, special or otherwise, including any lost profits or removal, shipping, or installation expenses.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.

LEGAL RIGHTS:

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from country to country or state to state. Some countries and states do not allow any limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
