This Warranty does not apply to Batteries purchased prior to March 1st, 2026. Batteries purchased before this date remain subject to the warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Warranty does not apply to any damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, improper application, or any of the following:

  • Failure to properly install the battery.
  • Failure to properly store the battery. This includes not disconnecting the battery from any items that may draw power.
  • Damage due to over-tightening and stripping the terminals.
  • Not using an Allied Battery lithium charger.

  • Battery used for applications other than those for which it was designed and intended.
  • Misapplied or improperly sized battery for the application, for example, too few amp-hours for the system.
  • Incorrect voltage applied to application.
  • Battery that has had the manufacturing date codes destroyed or tampered with.
  • Breakage, freezing, wreckage, water damage, melted and broken terminals.
  • Damage caused during shipping or mishandling of the battery.
  • Capacity loss, reduced runtime, voltage drop, or performance degradation over time due to age, usage, or charge/discharge cycles, as determined by Allied Battery.

  • Batteries connected in series.
  • Environmental damage; inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the Manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures (See website for temperature range).
  • Battery that has been opened, modified or tampered with.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

Warranty claims are only to be made by the end-user / owner of the application.

All requests must start by filling out a Technical Support Request (TSR) which can be found under the technical support link on the manufacturer website. The TSR will be reviewed and responded to with the necessary technical assistance. If your battery has multiple serial plates, please use the serial number from the top plate when submitting your TSR to ensure your request is processed correctly.

If technical assistance does not resolve the issue and the claim is seemingly covered under warranty, the Manufacturer will send approval for the battery to be sent back at the expense of the end-user / owner of the application to Allied Battery. A Return Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to shipping any battery to Allied Battery for evaluation.

Every box must include the Approval to Send letter, a copy of the TSR, and the original proof of purchase. If this is not included, the item will be returned to sender.

The Manufacturer will test the battery to determine whether it is affected by defects in materials or workmanship or by conditions listed under “What Is Not Covered.”

Allied Battery’s sole obligation is repair or replacement of the Battery. Refunds are not provided.

The Battery must be shipped in compliance with UN38.3 and DOT regulations.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • A $150 non-refundable shipping and handling fee is required for warranty evaluation
  • Customer must follow approved packaging and shipping procedures

In all cases, Allied Battery’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the battery.
