Allied Battery Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

Winner must be 18 years or older and void where prohibited by law. Allied subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, etc., are ineligible participate in the contest/giveaway.

Agreement to Rules

Allied Battery has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their discretion. By entering contest participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

Entry Period

Contest start date is 11-7-22 and ends 11-23-22 11:59pm central time.

How to Enter

Participant must reply to content post on Golf Carting Magazine with a picture of their golf cart, like / share the contest post and follow Allied Battery Instagram Page.

Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating a participant’s entries.

Prizes

The contest will have 1 winner and will receive a Commercial 48V 105AH package that includes a 48V 105AH Battery, Charger, State of Charge Meter and Install Brackets.

The prize grants you permission to use the Winners entry, first name last initial, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

Odds

Odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Selection and Notification of the Winner

All valid entrants will be assigned a number. Google's Random Number Generator will be used to generate a number. The number will be used to select the winner whose entry was assigned that number.

Giveaway winner will be notified through FB/Instagram entry the week of 8-8-22. After reaching out to the winner they will have 48 hours to claim the prize. At that point a new winner will be selected.

Allied isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Rights Granted by the Entrant

This section may include the right to use the participant’s submission, image, statements about the contest for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

Terms & Conditions

Under the Terms & Conditions section, Allied reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.

Limitation of Liability

Entry into the contest constitutes an agreement to release and hold harmless the Allied Battery and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
