This versatile solution allows users to connect 2 x 48V 30AH (60AH) batteries all the way up to 6 x 48V 30AH (180AH) batteries to convert your Golf Cart from Lead-Acid to Lithium.

Allied Lithium Batteries are the only true Drop-In-Ready Lithium batteries for golf cars. They are the same size as your current lead-acid batteries which allow you to convert vehicles from lead-acid to lithium in less than 30 minutes.

Allied lithium golf cart chargers are made with the OEM plug-in connectors so there are no special adapters required to charge the batteries.

Works with both 6 x 8V and 4 x 12V golf cart configurations. Simply remove the Lead-Acid Batteries and replace with the Lithium Batteries, attach cables in parallel, secure holding bracket and the install is complete.

Dynamic solutions for every application: 48V x 30AH batteries connect in parallel you can connect anywhere from 2 to 6 batteries depending on the required distance.

Ability to add range after Initial Install: Additional batteries can be added to the cart up to 2 years after install. Great for users who need additional run-time after initial install.

Easy Install: Simply remove the Lead-Acid Batteries and replace with 2 or up to 6 48V Lithium Batteries (same size batteries as lead-acid), attach cables in parallel, secure factory brackets and the install is complete.

• Numbers are based on vehicles with 1-2 passengers on average terrain.

• If the vehicle regularly has 3+ passengers onboard or is driven on hilly terrains, choose the "Extended Setup" option which will produce "Standard Setup" results.

• Off-road driving may derate stated miles.

How Are They Connected?

The 48V 30AH Lithium batteries will always connect in a parallel method. Do not attempt to connect your Allied lithium batteries in series. Doing so will void your warranty and likely cause damage to both your battery and your vehicle.

For fleet carts, a minimum of 2 batteries are required and can have a range of 30-40 miles, per charge, depending on the terrain. If a user would like to extend the distance of the system, additional batteries can be added within 2 years of installation. Each additional battery will provide around 15-20 miles of extended distance.

Connecting batteries in parallel adds additional Amp Hours, per battery, while keeping the total Voltage the same. Add two 48V 30Ah batteries in parallel and you'll create a 48V 60Ah system. Add another identical battery, and the system becomes 48V 90Ah, and so on. 

3-5 Hour Fast Charging

Allied 15amp charger uses the cart OEM plug and will use the existing port just as before. A full 48V setup will charge in 3-5 hours versus Lead-Acid batteries that require 10-12 hours.

Opportunity Charging: This means you can top off your Lithium Batteries any time you want without harming the batteries (just like your cell phone). You cannot do this with Lead-Acid without damaging and reducing the life of the batteries.

In order to maximize the life of the Lithium battery we require the Allied Lithium Battery charger. Allied Lithium chargers come with OEM plugs, charge the batteries quickly and turn off when charging is complete.

Always Know Your Remaining Charge

Our State-of-Charge (SOC) meter has an LCD screen that provides you an accurate percentage reading. So there is no guessing how much charge remains, similar to a cell phone. The SOC is included with every set of batteries.

Approximately 1/4th the Weight of Lead-acid Batteries

Lithium batteries weigh approximately 1/4th the weight of the lead-acid reducing the overall weight of your cart by 300lbs. This sizable reduction of weight has benefits for all aspects of your cart including tires, brakes and suspension parts.

No Maintenance!

That means no watering, no acid, and no corrosion. There is no need for rubber gloves and safety glasses when handling our batteries.

Tested and Safe

Allied Battery has over 30 years of experience in Lithium and safety. LifePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is one of the safest battery chemistry available.

Our BMS (battery management system) in each battery will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from any over-charging or under charging of the batteries.

Great for Long-term Storage

For vehicles left in storage either for long winters or snow birds leaving their car for months, lithium batteries only lose 3-5% of charge per month. Lead-Acid batteries will lose up to 33% of charge per month when not on the charger.

Lithium batteries under normal use will provide over 10 years of maintenance free service! Lead-Acid will last only 3-5 years based on how well you maintain the batteries.
