Allied lithium batteries are the only true "Drop-in-Ready" lithium batteries for the Polaris Ranger EV. They are the same size as your current lead-acid batteries which allow you to convert your vehicle from lead-acid to lithium in less than 30 minutes.
This versatile solution allows users to convert their current dual bank 48V Polaris set ups with 6 or 8 Allied lithium 48V 30AH batteries. Choose from 6 x 48V 30AH (180AH) all the way up to 8 x 48V 30AH (240AH) lithium batteries for maximum range.
Simply remove the lead-acid batteries and replace with the Allied lithium batteries, attach cables in parallel, secure holding bracket, and the install is complete.

Common Polaris 48V Lithium Questions
Allied 15A charger is a waterproof onboard 48V snap plug. A full dual bank 48V setup will charge in 4 to 6 hours versus lead-acid batteries that require 12 to 14 hours.
Opportunity Charging: This means you can top off your Lithium Batteries any time you want without harming the batteries (just like your cell phone). You cannot do this with Lead Acid without damaging and reducing the life of the batteries.

Our state of the art battery management system protects the batteries from under voltage, over voltage, and will shut the battery down if a cell is out of balance.
LifePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is the safest battery chemistry available, and is non combustible / non flammable.
Our BMS (battery management system) is integrated in each battery and will detect any problems with the performance of the battery and shut down any cells not functioning properly. The BMS will also protect the batteries from over-charging or undercharging of the batteries.

It is important to have a 48V to 12V stepdown converter for ANY 12V accessories. Connecting accessories on a single battery will potentially damage your equipment.
